We worked with the Australian Theatre For Young People at the 2010 GIFTED conference at the Sydney Convention Centre, bringing to fusion the exciting ideas of gifted and talented students aged between 8 and 20 years old.
June 2010
Our brand new website has finally been put together, with our web designer Julian Perrard and graphic designer Sam Wall giving the production house a facelift.
May 2010
May saw the Brelville cast reunite to perform at The Victoria Room's Carnivale Grand Opening Night.

The video production team have been busy putting together corporate safety training and company profile videos in conjunction with Freshwater's Beyond The Break.
March 2010
The Adelaide Fringe was a huge success for our cast and crew. With four-star reviews and sold-out performances, we have been thrilled with the response to our show's debut season. A huge thanks goes out to Dean Newcomb, Alison Heike and Jackie Hansen from the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra and the wonderful staff at La Boheme.
February 2010
We had a fantastic response to our fundraising performances at the Australian Theatre For Young People, and with the generosity of sponsors and audiences, we got the show off the ground. With Felcity Nicols at the directorial helm, our show is gearing for the fringe festival to kick off.
January 2010
Rehearsals are underway for the Collective's production of "Bienvenue à Brelville". We have put together our cast and production crew and have secured Adelaide's cabaret venue, 'La Boheme'.
December 2009
This month has seen the completion of ExxonMobil's safety DVD. Casting and scripts have been finalised for "Bienvenue à Brelville", which begin rehearsals in January 2010. We are in the process of raising funds for the production to take off to Adelaide and be developed for a full-length Sydney season later in 2010.
November 2009
Production has begun on a safety video for ExxonMobil in conjunction with Beyond The Break. Work continues with Visual Domain, and our first showcase performance of "Bienvenue ´ Brelville" took place at the Australian Theatre for Young People's annual fundraising dinner.
October 2009
"Bienvenue à Brelville" is heading to the Adelaide Fringe Festival for 10 performances at the Parisian-inspired venue, "La Boheme". In other news, we have been filming and editing around Sydney and up the central coast with Melbourne-based "Visual Domain", an innovative production company with a focus on real estate profiles and trade business profiles, and Sarah is excited to have begun news and video producing with Yahoo7.

A new show, "Bienvenue à Brelville" has been conceived and is being written by Sarah Hansen and Quentin Haudos de Possesse. "Bienvenue à Brelville" is a lyrical and compelling fusion of theatre and cabaret based on the songs of Belgian singer/songwriter Jacques Brel. Part cabaret, part theatre experience, "Bienvenue à Brelville" follows a young man's journey to rediscovering his love, dreams and lust for life. Stay tuned for more!

A gallery installation video piece entitled "Contemplate This" has now been completed; check it out on our FILMS page. In addition, Sarah passed two glorious weeks exploring the jungle and stunning coastline of Bohol and its surrounding islands in the Philippines. We have had a busy first quarter for 2009, producing a series of corporate web profiles and videos for Freshwater-based consulting company, "Beyond The Break" as well as editing for the management consulting firm, "Management By Process". In addition we have filmed and edited the video projection component of SUDS' latest production of Martin Crimp's "Attempts On Her Life".
August 2008 - October 2008
The past 3 months have taken us around Europe from France to Iceland and Italy, gathering footage and stories. Highlights included South France's surf-crazy Biarritz, Positano on the Amalfi Coast of Italy and the stunningly raw landscape of Iceland. July 2008
Post-production on "The Ride" has wrapped up and we're pretty stoked with the resulting piece - part documentary, part experimental poetry, it is a melding of philosophy, music, art and surf. The film is being put together with a booklet covering the ideas explored and documenting the production's evolution. This will hopefully be ready for release in early 2009. April 2008 - June 2008
Production continues on The Ride with field research, interviews and of course hours of surf footage being gathered and put together. Interviewees include Shaun Tomson, Dave Rastovich, Low Pressure Sound System, surf journalist Tim Baker and shaper Greg Webber. Up and coming Manly-based artist Ishi Neave has lended his drawing talents to time art sequences and Aussi musicians Justin Carter and Tanis Alia have once again contributed their music.
A selection of our films are now featured on Curl TV at Curl Magazine's flashy new website.
March 2008
The Catch That Wave team headed up to sunny Noosa for the 2008 Global Surf Industries Noosa Festival of Surfing to produce the daily webcast and document the festival. After returning to Sydney we produced the 2008 festival DVD for Global Surf Industries as well as a 23-minute festival show aired on Fuel TV.

Filming has commenced in Western Australia for our latest production "The Ride". We have travelled the coast from Margaret River to Exmouth, capturing some stunning footage.

Catch that Wave Productions has just completed "To Surf With Love", a 23-minute DVD production of an all girls boat trip to the Maldives in September 2007. For a preview visit our FILMS page. Production begins on a dvd special feature of the latest Eminence concert series. This marked the first joint concert performance by Eminence artists, Japanese maestro Kow Otani and contemporary Japanese singer Aika at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
